A Tea Gathering is an occasion to enjoy the simplicity of the rustic tearoom,
the warmth of the clay tea bowl, the bitterness of powdered green tea, the joy of
the changing seasons, and the singularity of each moment that can never be
repeated.
Tsukimi chakai celebrates the beauty of the full moon in the tranquil setting of
the Washington Park Arboretum Japanese Garden Shoseian teahouse. Open to
all regardless of experience.
